Circle of Aradia governance is accomplished through various
circles. We welcome Circle of Aradia members to become a part of COA's

Circle
Spiritual Service Committee
The Spiritual Service Committee is a group of peers who sit
in council and provide guidance to COA by addressing and recommending religious
policy. The SSC works to:
- Ensure the continuance of spiritual education (working
with the religious director)
- Guide and program ritual practice (with the Ritual
Facilitators Circle)
- Oversee initiation/ordination of the congregation
- Address ethical issues and other community concerns
including resolving conflict within the community
- Work to continuously clarify the evolving theology of the
Dianic tradition
- Vision creative ways and means for women to be involved
with our spiritual community

Ritual Facilitators Circle
The Ritual Facilitators Circle is made up of no less than a
dozen well-trained women. These COA members coordinate logistics and
facilitation of the Circle of Aradia's public seasonal rituals.
Prerequisites in training and ritual experience are
necessary for specific aspects of ritual facilitation. Attendance at meetings
is required.

Business Circle
Circle of Aradia's Business Circle runs
COA's business as a 501(c)3 non-profit religious organization.
The Business Circle sets policy and yearly
goals, determines and administers the operating budget, plans fundraising
events, and generally coordinates Circle of Aradia's activities.
Business Circle meetings are open to all women in the community. For
